Amethyst Quartz Crystal
How do you make a quartz crystal into a necklace?
I just got a 4.1"L x 3.1"D quartz crystal and i need to know how to make it into a necklace.
Get some silver wire from a craft shop and wrap it round the crystal however you think looks nice. You should make sure it is proper silver so that it doesnt lose it's colour, and makes a better quality jewellery. It is pretty cheap and because its silver it is easy to bend.
Hmm to suspend it you can buy purpose silver hoops from craft shops that sell jewellery findings. Pretty easy to find.
Some people drill holes through and glue in a head pin (again you can get from craft shops)
Search "jewellery findings" on google and you should be able to find lots of inspiration for making what you want!.
