Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahhi Wabarakatuh.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
l have no ideas in the status of the the Yahoo Answers in the Ramadan Category. l don't have the instrument to measure, to scale and to evaluate. Therefore, l can't give the concrete answers whether the category of Yahoo Answer in category Ramadan is slowed down or not. Maybe you know best about it. As for me, l see it's normal with nearly to at about 400 questions daily whereby it's getting more and more daily. When l first joined, there are at about 180 questions. What l can see is that, only the Users are in and out and some have had retired. l see Umhuda (unity is the best policy) Top Contributor in the 7th place in the Top 10 Contributors last week and making at about 1200 points which was absolutely splendid and marvelous. There are new Users daily coming in.
That's my thinking.

Better fishing conditions on the way
This latest cold spell likely will not slow fishing as much as the freezing weather of early January.
